Putting People First

Target Logistics has a keen sense of corporate citizenship toward the communities and environments (both social and ecological) in which we operate. This is expressed by 1) ongoing contributions to social and educational programs, 2) adherence to strict waste and pollution reduction and 3) compliance with the spirit of the law, ethical standards and global norms.

As a company that both employs and provides housing for thousands of individuals every day, it’s not surprising that our Corporate Citizenship Platform is “Putting People First.” Specifically, we strive to make an impact in four categories relevant to our business: safety, wellness, comfort and education. By funding organizations and causes that provide these needs in the towns in which we operate, Target Logistics creates a cycle of citizenship that contributes to the well-being of not only the residents and businesses of the communities we operate in but also the quality of life for the workers who live in our lodges.

It's common for our facilities to be built close to Indigenous communities, which is why Target Logistics is committed to building and maintaining positive relationships built on trust and mutual understanding. We also have programs and policies in place to recruit, train and retain Indigenous employees.
