Target Logistics has expanded south near Dickinson, North Dakota and opened the 600-bedroom Dunn County Lodge in January 2012. The lodge, located just off Highway 22, 8 miles north of Dickinson, houses oil and gas workers in two types of rooms: Jack and Jill with shared bath and VIP with private bath. All rooms feature pillow-top mattresses and high-loft comforters, flat-screen TV with DVD player and free Wi-Fi. The facility is protected by 24-hour security and provides guests 24-hour access to Target Logistics’ signature dining experience with rotating menus, hand-cut French fries and theme nights, such as "Smokin' Saturdays" with ribs, chicken, brisket and more - all smoked on site. Residents are protected from the North Dakota wind and cold in the insulated Central Corridor, so there’s no need to put on a jacket to walk to the recreation room, fitness room (with state-of-the-art equipment and saunas), or to the laundry room, which offers free self-service machines (including automatically dispensing detergent!).

Williston North has a 300KW generator with an 800-gallon-tank. Dunn County and Bear Paw Lodges each have two 500KW generators with 1,700-gallon-tanks. And our Tioga Lodge has a total of five generators, including one that is dedicated solely to the operation of the Waste Water Treatment Plant. In fact, our Tioga facility has over 3,000KW of electricity which can supply uninterrupted power for 12 days before needing to refuel. This ensures heat, air-conditioning, hot food, clean clothes, TVs and lights for 1,200 people occupying more than 300,000 square feet.
Housing options include modular or conventional housing, warehouse conversions, floatels and other comfortable, safe accommodation solutions. All options are delivered on time, on budget and with an excellent safety record.
