The new addition to the existing facility in Tioga, ND will have 1,005 bedrooms, mostly "Jack and Jill" style, with adjoining bathrooms, and will have a very large kitchen & dining area, an on-site convenience store, an internet café, fitness center and a recreation room with flat screen TVs and games for the residents. Target purchased an additional 34.5 acres for the new construction, which will also include 100 full service RV spots, and 50 two bedroom, two bath cottages, each with a kitchen and dining area. This development will increase Tioga's population to such an extent that it will no longer be the 40th largest city in North Dakota…..once the Target Logistics Tioga Lodge is complete and occupied, Tioga will rank 16th in population in the state!
